The Senior Care Connections provider search allows you to search for providers by city or county, and by provider type. To select a city or county, click on the down arrow in the city or county box and select a name from the list. To select a provider type, click on the down arrow in the provider type box and select a provider type from the list. After you have made your selections, click on the Search button to start the search. A new page will be displayed containing a list of providers of the type you selected in the city or county you selected. For example, to see a list of all nursing homes in Blue Earth county, select Blue Earth from the county list and select Nursing Homes from the Provider Type list. Then click on the Search button. |
